After completing his LL.B. from Delhi University he has handled numerous Civil and Criminal Litigation matters in various Courts and Tribunals. He had been associated with well-known litigation firms in Delhi and has gained considerable experience. He has good experience in handling litigation in matters involving Intellectual Property Law apart from matters relating to money recovery, economic offenses, and criminal law. Mr. Chatterji also has experience in issues relating to registration of Intellectual Property Rights (Trademarks, Copyrights, and Designs). He has been trained in IP litigation and registration work and thus has good experience in cases relating to trademark infringement (including criminal raids) and software piracy. He has good experience in handling Domestic Arbitration matters. He has also coordinated legal matters in the Northern region of India for well-known electrical goods, textile industry, FMGC products, Plywood, and its agnate and cognate products in India.
